Ben Cushing Named 2024 Realtor of the Year by the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors
New London, NH, July 23, 2024 — Coldwell Banker Lifestyles is proud to announce that Ben Cushing has been named the 2024 Realtor of the Year by the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors. The award was presented by Joanie McIntire, President of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, in recognition of Ben's contributions to the real estate industry and the community.
Ben lives in New London with his wife Amy and their sons Tucker and Andrew. He has been a Realtor since 1997 and recently served as the 2023 President of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.
Ben previously owns and operates the Cushing School of Real Estate, where he teaches real estate courses for licensing and continuing education. He was previously awarded the 2016 Realtor of the Year by the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors and the 2019 Distinguished Service Award by the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Treasurer for the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and is a member of the Honor Society and a RPAC Major Investor.
